Easter 2026
Tēnā koutou Church,
We wanted to pop into your inbox to send a special invitation to you and your friends and families to join us this Easter. We know many are making plans around the Easter weekend and wanted to encourage you - ‘Why not make a plan around being in church on this holy holiday?’ We have found that as the wider community also stop and celebrates the long weekend (with hot cross buns and all) it is the perfect opportunity to share your faith in who ‘Jesus is’ to you.
Our heart this Easter is to strip back all the extra noise that can make its way around holidays like these, remove distraction and fix our eyes firmly on Jesus. We have a super special communion gathering planned for Good Friday - Communion in ‘The Round’, a life filled Resurrection Sunday with Water Baptisms (& chocolate of course) and a night gathering of extended worship which we know you love. It’ll be a beautiful weekend for you and those you invite to come along.
While we have you just a quick but heartfelt THANK YOU to all those who have already been stirred to give in the March Miracle Offering. What could God do with our fishes and loaves? This weekend coming (the 29th of March), we will take a moment to pray a blessing over The Miracle Offering so bring your envelope (even if you give online) as a tangible touch point. We can't wait to see what The Lord will do through us all!
If you have been unable to be with us in person at church over the last few weeks and would like to get up to speed we have a greeting from Nick below sharing our heart’s posture as we bring this offering to the Lord.
Sarah unpacked John 6 and the ‘Miracle of Multiplication’ on Sunday. She spoke into the Miracle Offering but more so into how Jesus desires to move in our own lives, especially in the areas where we find ‘we just don’t have what it takes’, and we really do need a miracle. We hope you were able to hear it but if not or if you’d like to listen to it again please do as we know you’ll be encouraged.
MIRACLE MARCH TESTIMONIES - LOOK AT WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE
We are still praying for all the miracles and salvations you are believing for too! This week for staff meeting we spent specific time praying over all the red cards as a team. Believing for your miracle. God is more than able! Here are just a few of the stack of miracle answers to prayer we have received this month. How good!
Have a blessed ‘Salt & Light’ week,
Love Nick & Sarah
