(DATING & ENGAGED COUPLES)

The PREPARE & ENRICH course offers support for dating and engaged couples who want to build a healthy relationship. For our dating and engaged couples we offer PREPARE in a group setting over one night and one day. Couples break off to discuss their lessons and practice tools learnt during each session.
The course explores communication, conflict resolution skills, personality traits, partner habits, how your family of origin impacts your relationship, and how to understand your strength and growth areas as a couple. It also covers finances, leisure, spirituality, and other topics. Each partner is required to complete an online assessment before the start of the course.
The course cost is $55.

Enrich
(MARRIED COUPLES)
The PREPARE & ENRICH course offers support for married couples who want to build a healthy relationship. The course requires you to complete an online assessment by each partner. For married couples we offer a one on one course with 4 - 6 weeks of sessions led by a trained facilitator couple. We help to navigate conversations around communication and conflict resolution, while building on other aspects of your relationship that need strengthening.
