Team Conference returns this July bringing all four Curate locations together to celebrate what it means to be a team serving God together. Team Conference will be an amazing opportunity to celebrate the hundreds of people who regularly serve through Curate. Join us for an amazing time of worship, teaching, ministry, special announcements, lots of laughs, and time spent together as the team.
This year we are excited to be joined by our good friends Joel and Julia A’Bell who will be spending time with us looking at what it means to be one united team. Joel and Julia spent 20 years as part of the leadership team at Hillsong Church and have just launched Revitalise Church in New South Wales, Australia.
Lead Pastors Joel and Katie Milgate will also share their heart for our team and their vision for us as a Curate family. We’ll also hear from our Curate Location Pastors, worship team, and a number of our Curate team members.
To make Team Conference as accessible as possible for those who serve on team, we’re offering a kids programme option for those with primary-aged children. The kids programme will run for the duration of Team Conference and will be an optional extra for those already with tickets. We are excited to be working with Cool Bananas Youthwork Trust (www.coolbananas.org.nz) who are our kids programme providers for Team Conference 2019. Cool Bananas have been working with local schools for over 20 years delivering fun and educational faith-based teaching programmes in addition to running camps, school holiday programmes, Christmas shows, and an online digital classroom called Blello.tv.
The kids programme will run on Friday evening onsite at Curate Mount Maunganui in the kids auditorium and all day on Saturday just down the road at Omanu School. Registrations are $30 per child and only available to those already attending Team Conference.
Please note: Limited to 100 kids. This programme is suitable for primary-aged children only. Parents/caregivers with under 5s and intermediate-aged kids will need to make other arrangements. Morning tea and lunch is not provided and must be brought from home. Full kids programme details will be emailed to ticket holders prior to Team Conference.
